The Real Estate Market

Everywhere you turn you see or hear stories of how the real estate market is crumbling apart. News channels lead with the stories and newspapers are running stories on the front page detailing the falling numbers. While the prices are retracting and the inventory is building up, it could not be a better time to buy investment property. Right now property owners are hearing these news reports, panicking, and offering substantial discounts to make sure their home is one of the ones being bought. Couple these discounts with the fact that the raising number of people renting condos and homes from private owners and you have a scenario that is very favorable for investors. This is an exciting time for The Palmetto Group, the company is grwoing and expanding daily. Right now we are looking for investors to be apart of various new projects.
